I don't think there'll be many up for Monday Miling tomorrow, Christmas Eve. I for one will be starting my Christmas shopping, and the following Monday will be in Hogmanay mood.

In the new year we can start up again. I suggest a starting interval of 8 minutes between two single-mile efforts.
