Thus far, all but Dave Woodhead intend to travel on the Saturday. A bunkhouse
www.allstrettonbunkhouse.co.uk/index.htm has been booked, the cost of which will be £20 p.hd. Discounts (£3) are available if you have Youth Hostel Association (YHA) membership. Please let me have your number if you have one. Bedding is inclusive but you’ll need to bring a towel.
Participants in the relay will receive post-race food. Please let me know if you would like a vegetarian option.
The club has generously agreed to sponsor half of the entry fee, so your individual contribution will be reduced from £12.50 to £6.25. I propose to ask you for £10 and use the balance to cook a meal on Saturday evening and provide breakfast on Sunday morning. Therefore, all up, assuming you require accommodation, the cost of the trip will be £30 (plus a contribution to fuel for volunteer drivers - any offers?)
